Part of the A140 was blocked near Thornham Magna following a crash on Tuesday afternoon.
One lane was closed southbound near The White Horse Inn junction after a collision between a car and a truck.
Police were notified just after 2.40pm.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Police said: "A woman suffered a shoulder injury but the status is unknown.
"The road is now clear."
