A man has been taken to hospital after crashing into a tree in Leiston.
Emergency services were called to the single vehicle collision at 6.35pm on Monday after a grey VW Jetta crashed in Lovers Lane near to the junction of the B1122 Abbey Road in Leiston.
The driver of the VW Jetta was the only occupant.
The man was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment after sustaining serious injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision.
Anyone who saw the collision or has dash cam footage is asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting reference 37/57153/24.
