Emergency services were at the scene of a crash on the A14.
Suffolk police were called by the East of England Ambulance Service just before 3.40pm to reports of two lorries that had collided near junction 37 in Newmarket.
The blockage occurred on the eastbound carriageway, where two lanes were closed due to a diesel spill.
The diesel spill has since been cleared and all lanes have now been reopened with traffic flowing freely.
Cambridge Police and Suffolk Highways were also in attendance.
East of England Ambulance Service said: "One paramedic car was sent to the A14 near Swaffham Prior this afternoon following reports of a road traffic collision.
"One man was assessed at the scene, but no hospital transport was required."
