Cards For Good Causes open in Sudbury Library for Christmas

Cards For Good Causes is set to return to the town this autumn offering residents the chance to support charities and their local community with each purchase. 

The pop up shop will open at Sudbury Library on Market Hill from October 14 and will stock greeting cards, advent calendars, gift wrap, decorations, stationery and homewares, as well as a wider range of gifts than ever before.

Each purchase supports national and local charities with Cards For Good Causes raising over £22.5 million for a network of over 100 charities, including NSPCC, RSPCA, WaterAid, Shelter, Carers UK and The Ramblers, in the last decade.

They have also contributed more than £2.7 million to local churches, libraries and community projects.

Cards For Good Causes has opened shops around the UK each year since 1959. 

Organisers say this year residents' support is "needed more than ever" to help fund vital charities and support communities.

Previous Cards For Good Causes pop ups have taken place in Sudbury and Ipswich.
