A user car dealership has had its plans to open a showroom in a mid Suffolk town given the green light.
In July, Ipswich-based Carzet lodged plans with Mid Suffolk District Council to open in Williamsport Way in Needham Market.
Up to 80 cars will be stored and sold on the premises.
A planning statement said a removable modular office and a toilet for customers and staff.
Light preparation of vehicles will also take place at the site.
Six full-time jobs will be created as part of the plans.
An officer's delegated report said: "Overall the proposal is considered to deliver social and economic benefits, in an appropriate location, in proximity to a town, within an established industrial estate, with safe and suitable access to the town centre and strategic transport network.
"It is also considered that the environmental impacts associated with the development proposal can be suitably and cost effectively mitigated to an acceptable degree."
It follows a retrospective application which was refused by the council's planners last year.
