A Suffolk-born star of the West End and Broadway stages is returning to the county on a new tour.
Kerry Ellis was born in Haughley, a village near Stowmarket, and made her first stage debut at nine years old when she played a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz at the Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich.
Since then she earned her big break after joining the cast of My Fair Lady and went on to perform in other hit musicals such as Miss Saigon and Wicked, which transported her to Broadway.
