A hospitality expert with more than 30 years of experience has been appointed manager of a pub on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Hayley Lee is best known for her work at the Bildeston Crown, where she transformed the pub into an award-winning restaurant.
She will take on The Fountain in Tuddenham St Martin, which was purchased by Tom and Ruth Carroll, owner of Carroll Country Pubs, last year.
“I’m excited to join Carroll Country pubs and help put The Tuddenham Fountain back on the map,” said Hayley.
“Our goal is to offer fantastic food, top-notch service and a place where everyone feels at home.”
Husband and wife team Becky and Jon Kaye run the kitchen at the pub.
Mrs Kaye said: “Jon and I are excited to bring seasonal specials to the menu and showcase the incredible local ingredients we have here in Suffolk.”
The Turk's Head in Hasketon, near Woodbridge, recently reopened after it was purchased by Carroll Country Pubs.
It is the latest pub to be bought by the business.
