The trial of a Colchester man accused of racially aggravated harassment will take place in November next year.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday for a plea and trial preparation hearing was 47-year-old Steven Peck, of Hickory Avenue in the north Essex city.
He has denied offences of racially aggravated harassment and racially aggravated intentional harassment which are alleged to have taken place last year.
Peck's trial, which, is expected to last four or five days, will take place in a two-week warned list commencing November 3 next year.
Recorder Emma Nash allowed Peck's conditional bail to continue.
