A person has been taken to hospital after they were trapped in their car following a crash on the A12.
Emergency services were called to the A12 at Saxmundham, in east Suffolk, at about 5.30pm on Monday to reports of a two-vehicle crash.

Crews found an individual trapped in their car and were able to release them by removing the car door.

The person was then handed over to the ambulance service and taken to hospital for treatment.
Fire crews from Saxmundham and Aldeburgh stations were in attendance and the road was later reopened.
