A dog daycare has been forced to shut down after more than a decade over increasing costs.
Suffolk Canine Creche, in Martlesham, have announced they will be closing down "due to many factors outside of our control".
The creche has been running for almost 15 years, offering a daycare, a hotel, grooming and pup parties.
The multi-award-winning business announced the last date of trading will be Wednesday, September 18.
In a letter to clients seen by this newspaper, the canine creche said that due to a rent increase of 110%, they "simply cannot sustain this and have no options left to us".
All holiday and overnight bookings will be cancelled if collection is after September 18 and the letter stated they would call those affected.
The letter said: "Finally, we ask you to remember that all the people at the Creche have been made redundant and have lost their positions, please communicate with everyone with kindness.
"We thank you for allowing us to be part of your dog’s life for the last almost 15 years and we are all terribly sad at this turn of events which has been out of everyone’s control."
