A new book festival for young adults is coming to Stowmarket Library.
The event, aimed at those aged 11 to 16, will take place on Saturday, September 14, from 10.30am to 4pm.
The festival will have author interviews, writing activities, and a book fair.
It will feature talks with authors Pam Smy, Annalise Avery, and Rachel Churcher.
Attendees can discuss their favourite novels, vote on their favourite 'bad guys', and learn how to write a compelling story.

Rachel Churcher, co-founder of Foreword Festival, said: “We’re really excited about this event.
"Young Adult readers are passionate about books, characters and stories, and we wanted to give them a chance to share their enthusiasm with other readers – and with local YA authors.
"The right book in the right hands at the right time can change a life, and that’s why we’re working to bring young people into the library – and hopefully encourage the next generation of readers and writers.”
The event is free to attend, but booking is required.
Attendees will need to bring their own packed lunch.
