A road near a Suffolk town is currently blocked following a collision between two cars.

Emergency services were called to Wangford Road, near Brandon, at about 11.40am to reports of a two-vehicle collision.

Upon arrival, police found that one of the cars was blocking the road and debris was left on the floor.

Officers say there were no serious injuries but they remain on the scene while the road is cleared. 

Drivers have been warned of delays and advised to seek alternative routes if possible.
