Second World War operations room open day
The only surviving Second World War operation room is offering a rare chance to go inside and see the work of the everyday individuals that changed the course of the war.
Bury St Edmunds Guildhall will be holding a free event on Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8, to give visitors an insight into the operations room, as it was, with guided anecdotes and fascinating stories.
Rock and pop festival
Jimmy's Farm prepare to host some of the UK's best tributes to artists like Madonna, Oasis and Dua Lipa on Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7.
Tickets cost £35 for adult weekend passes and £10 for child weekend passes. You can also buy day tickets and dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Suffolk dog day
On Sunday, September 8, Suffolk Dog Day will be held at Helmingham Hall, near Stowmarket.
The event raises money to cover the expense of services St Elizabeth Hospice delivers.
The day offers dog classes, dog agility, scurry activities and over 50 stalls of goodies for the dogs.
