An initiative that aims to empower 50,000 people with vital first aid skills is holding an information event in Lowestoft this weekend.
St John Ambulance has announced its Save A Life September month-long campaign.
It will comprise public demonstrations, educational online resources, and first aid pocket guides.
The campaign will host free first aid demonstrations across England, including one in Lowestoft on Saturday.
Volunteers will teach participants to intervene effectively in situations such as choking, serious bleeding and cardiac arrest.
