A woman was taken to hospital after she was hit by a car in a market town.
Suffolk police were called to reports of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian in Bury St Edmunds on Thursday.
The incident occurred in Cornhill near the junction with Woolhall Street.

The woman sustained injuries to her arm and was taken to West Suffolk Hospital by the East of England Ambulance Service.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the road was cleared by 2.30pm.
