In an announcement updating customers of Barleycorn on the shop's progress, Ms Foord said: "Work is progressing well inside. Painting and flooring is being done, furniture has arrived and more importantly all the lovely things I have ordered.
"We are going to sell things you all asked for like gifts, cards, gift wrap, candles, pots, clothing, toys, bags, accessories, jewellery, pyjamas, notebooks and so much more."
