A pub still searching for landlords has been reduced in price to under £300,000.
The Royal George is a traditional village pub located in Barningham, near Bury St Edmunds.
It was originally listed by estate agent Everard Cole for a guide price of £325,000 but has been reduced to £295,000.
The Grade II listed pub is a characterful, thatched building in the centre of the village and is believed to date back to the 15th century with extensions and alterations.

Interior features include exposed beams and a large inglenook fireplace alongside traditional pub decoration.
The pub is split into a main bar, sports bar and restaurant area which extends over two areas.
In total there is room for 66 covers inside as well as a further 60 in the front and rear trade garden areas.
The first floor of the pub can be accessed internally and consists of private accommodation with three bedrooms, lounge and bathroom.
Everard Cole said the property is available with vacant possession and excludes fixtures and fittings except remaining items from the previous vendor.
