An annual fun day that brings together thousands of dog owners and their pets returns next month.
On Sunday, September 8, Suffolk Dog Day will once again be held at Helmingham Hall, near Stowmarket.
The event raises money to cover the £12 million expense of services the St Elizabeth Hospice delivers.
The charity generates 70 per cent of its funds through community support either through shops, fundraising and donations.
The day includes dog classes, dog agility, scurry activities and over 50 stalls of dog goodies.
James Fox-Golding, events and challenges manager at St Elizabeth Hospice, said: "We cannot wait for Suffolk Dog Day to arrive and we are sure it will be an event which will have tails wagging in approval."
"Suffolk Dog Day is such a staple of the Suffolk calendar and it is a fantastic opportunity to join with supporters, and the local community, to celebrate our love for our four legged friends, while raising funds for our vital services."
The charity helps over 4,000 people living with a progressive or life-limiting illness, and their families, in East and Mid Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and Waveney alone.
Suffolk Dog Day will run from 10am to 5pm.
