Ed Sheeran was in the stands to watch Ipswich Town kick-off their Premier League season against Liverpool - and treated fans to some fast food ahead of the game.
The Suffolk superstar was never going to miss the return of his beloved Tractor Boys to the top-flight, which caps off a busy few days for Shape of You singer, who was raised in Framlingham and continues to live nearby.
At Portman Road on Saturday, Sheeran was pictured talking to broadcasters as well as handing out pies to fans.
The singer was spotted drenching some pies with his Tingly Ted's hot sauce, a product he was promoting at a Sainsbury's in London Colney earlier in the week.
Tingly Ted's has launched a collaboration with Pieminister, with free 'Handy Tingly Pies' given away before the Liverpool game kicked off.
Sheeran watched the match from his executive box inside Portman Road and the TV cameras regularly cut to get his reaction at key moments.
However, he watched on as a valiant Blues side could not keep out Liverpool in the second half - goals from Diogo Jota and Mo Salah secured the win for the Reds, managed for the first time by Arne Slot.
It was announced on Thursday that the 33-year-old Sheeran had acquired a small stake in Ipswich Town, the club he has supported since he was a boy.
A club statement said Sheeran purchased 1.4% of the club through Gamechanger 20 Ltd.
"I am really excited to have bought a small percentage of my hometown club," said Sheeran.
"It's any football fan's dream to be an owner of the club they support, and I feel so grateful for this opportunity."
Following that announcement, he made his way to Wembley Stadium in London to perform alongside Taylor Swift.
The popstars performed a duet to thousands of fans as Swift's worldwide Eras tour came to an end under the Wembley arch.
Sheeran even had time in the week to feature in a TNT Sports promotional video ahead of the return of the Premier League.
