A CCTV image has been released of a man police would like to speak to in connection with a burglary at a Suffolk church.
The break-in happened some time overnight between Wednesday, June 26, and Thursday, June 27, at St Michael’s Church in Church Street in Framlingham.
It is believed that the building was forced open, causing damage, before an untidy search was carried out.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said silverware was stolen from the church.
Since the incident, officers have been conducting CCTV enquiries and have now released an image of the man they would like to speak too.
Anyone with any information is being asked to contact Suffolk police quoting the crime reference number 37/36918/24.
