A number of travellers have been spotted pitching up in a town estate.
The caravans have been seen on land off Lady Miriam Way, on the Moreton Hall estate, on Wednesday morning.
About nine caravans were spotted on the land which is opposite the Audi garage.
A horse and several other vehicles are also there.
An eyewitness said that dogs were running around the road and close to the roundabout.
It is not yet clear when the travellers moved onto the site but it is understood it was some time earlier this week.
It comes after a number of caravans were spotted pitched up at Kingston Park in Woodbridge last week.
Last month people were being asked to avoid playing fields in Haughley near Stowmarket after a large number of caravans pitched up.
Haughley Playing Fields has since reopened after Mid Suffolk District Council had to clear up the park.
