Further warnings have been issued after homeowners in Suffolk were approached by doorstep traders.
Suffolk Trading Standards received reports of traders going door to door in Stowmarket offering to clean driveways.
A spokesman for the authority said: "While it might be tempting to agree to low prices being offered on the door step, think twice.
"Our advice is never agree to have work done as a result of a cold call and do not be pressurised into having the job done immediately."

The warnings come after another homeowner in Stowmarket was targeted in a doorstop scam about tree works.
The caller claimed he was from the council when visiting the property of an elderly homeowner.
He told the homeowner the tree branches overhanging their garden had injured someone and the homeowner would need to pay £700 to have them cut back.
After the homeowner gave him £20 for a deposit, which was all they had, the scammer took the money and left, claiming to be back in a week to undertake the work.
The work was not completed and it was later discovered the tree was owned by someone else.
