A video has captured the scale of a large blaze that has broken out at a recycling centre.
Emergency services were called to Sackers recycling centre in Great Blakenham at about 10am on Thursday to reports of a fire coming from a recycling bin.
Videos captured by residents nearby have shown the scale of the fire and the emergency service presence.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has warned residents in the area to close doors and windows due to the thick black smoke.
A spokesman for the fire service said: "We are currently on scene dealing with a fire that has broken out in the scrap metals section of Sackers Recycling in Gipping Road, Great Blakenham."
Fifteen fire crews have been called to the blaze, including appliances from Ipswich East, Princes Street, Woodbridge, Framlingham, Felixstowe and Newmarket stations.
