A fast food chain has announced one of its Suffolk branches will be closing this month.
Signs for KFC in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe, first appeared in 2022 with the restaurant opening on December 16 that year.
It follows the chain's nationwide expansion where "targeted locations" in Suffolk were published on its website.
KFC has confirmed the Felixstowe branch will be closing on Sunday, August 18.

A spokesman for the fast food chain said: "It’s been a great run, but all good things must come to an end.
"On August 18th we will sadly be closing the doors at our Felixstowe KFC, but fear not, we will be relocating in the local area soon."
In the meantime, fans can head down to our nearby Martlesham restaurant and our other sites in the area for their fried chicken fix.”
The other three branches in Ipswich as well as the restaurants in Sudbury, Haverhill, Mildenhall, Lowestoft and Bury St Edmunds will remain open.
