A message to customers on the bakery's social media said: "Interrupting our regular schedule of puns and buns to let you know we will be closed across all sites this Saturday.
"The company that supplies power to the bakery has decided that the only suitable day for a mandatory power cut is the same day we start prepping for our busiest day of the week."
Wooster's Bakery will be open as usual the rest of the week and customers have until 3pm on Wednesday, July 31 to pre-order for Friday, August 2.
