A village pub remains up for sale after nearly 10 months on the market.
The Sorrel Horse Inn in Barham, near Ipswich, was first listed for sale in October of last year with an asking price of £1,475,000.
The pub in Norwich Road remains on the market with estate agent Everard Cole listing the property for a reduced price of £1,250,000.
The Grade II-listed three-storey building has many of its original features such as exposed beams and inglenook fireplaces.

Inside, the bar can seat 40 customers and extends round to the restaurant which can seat a further 60 people.
It comes with a fully equipped trade kitchen and a ground floor cellar which is accessible from behind the bar.
The owners' accommodation can be found on the first floor comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious kitchen and living area.
The property also comes with separate letting accommodation made up of eight bedrooms for guests to stay in.
Externally, the Sorrel Horse has one of the largest trade gardens in the area with a covered pagoda space with wall-mounted televisions to show sport in the summer months.
