Ten roads will close in a Suffolk town as its carnival takes to the streets this month.
Felixstowe Carnival will take place from Friday, July 26 to Sunday, July 28 and this year's theme is 'lights, camera, action!'.
The carnival, which has been running for more than 60 years, is organised by volunteers and is one of the largest events in the town.

This year, ten Felixstowe roads will close from 9am to 3pm on Saturday July 27 to allow the festival to take place.
A spokesman for Suffolk Highways confirmed that the affected roads will be: A1021 Beatrice Avenue, Colneis Road, Beatrice Avenue, High Road East, Hamilton Road, Orwell Road, Garrison Lane, Undercliff Road West, Sea Road and Micklegate Road.

They also confirmed that access to pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained.
Drivers have been warned of delays and advised to find alternative routes in the area.
