A woman who has battled breast cancer is launching her own Slimming World group in a mid Suffolk town after losing four stone.
Elaine Leary first started at a group in Essex in 2017 as a way to identify the lifestyle triggers which made her eat or drink unhealthily.
She had been diagnosed with breast cancer three years earlier and said the medication she was taking had contributed to her being at her "heaviest".
"I was warmly welcomed to the group as I started crying telling my own personal journey, and the fact that I may never return to my healthy weight due to the drugs and treatment I had," she said.
Ms Leary adapted to the plans given to her, losing three stone and nine pounds.
After moving to Suffolk three years ago, she joined a group in Stowmarket in July last year after noticing her weight rising again.
Ms Leary said: "The main things that I enjoy is being able to enjoy any food and make use of food optimising.

"The joys of having free food and not having to weigh or go without majority of foods makes it a good plan that anyone can embrace and stick to.
"It is an eating plan that allows you to live life to the full, but make simple changes to allow you to lose weight or remain in target."
Ms Leary is launching her group at the Needham Market Community Centre with its first session on Tuesday, July 23.
It is one of two being launched in the area.
Suzanne Jones is launching her group at Stowmarket Football Club on Thursday, July 25.
