Drivers will be left facing a 19-mile diversion route while a road just outside Ipswich is closed for three nights.
Rose Hil,l between Westerfield and Witnesham north of Ipswich, will be closed between 7pm and 5am from Wednesday, July 24 and Saturday, July 27, Suffolk Highways has said.
While the road is closed, Suffolk Highways will be carrying out essential works in the area.

According to the Suffolk County Council website, the official diversion route is 19 miles long.
The diversion route is so long as it takes drivers along A roads.
This is because some vehicles like HGVs cannot go down smaller roads that others would use as shortcuts.
