A new shop is expected to open its doors for the first time next week.
Mind, which raises money for money for those suffering with mental health, will open to the public on Thursday, July 11.
The new North Street shop has taken over the former Glasswells unit after the furniture store closed down in May last year.
Earlier this year, the charity was advertising for a number of roles for the store including shop manager, assistant shop manager and a Sunday supervisor.
It will be the charity's fourth co-investment store between Mind and Suffolk Mind in the region, with shops already in Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket and Woodbridge.
Kelly Law, regional manager at Mind Retail, said: “We are so excited to welcome the people of Sudbury to this new Mind shop and are thrilled to be working alongside Suffolk Mind on our fourth shop together.
"We have thoroughly enjoyed partnering with them and are incredibly grateful for the support they have given us already through gathering donations and speaking with their beneficiaries ahead of the opening."
Jon Neal, CEO at Suffolk Mind, added: "It is great to open our fourth co-investment shop – the third this year – here in Sudbury."
