A plant hire company involved in the Sizewell C project has snapped up a two acre site in Suffolk.
Flannery Plant Hire has secured industrial units measuring more than 22,000sq ft on a 2.2 acre plot at Lion Barn Industrial Estate, Needham Market.
Agents Penn Commercial handed over the keys to Flannery managing director Martin Flannery and Patrick Flannery in May.
Penn sold Plot 1 Phase II and units 7 and 7a to the company, which is based in Middlesex and has sites all over the UK.
Along with its purpose-built head office depot next to Wembley Stadium, it has sites in Aberdeen, Northumberland, Dublin, Manchester, Birmingham, Bicester, Newport and Leighton Buzzard.
The business was founded more than 50 years ago by Patrick Flannery senior and now has more than 2200 operators supporting clients on projects nationwide.
