A pub in an "idyllic" village remains on the market two years after it was first listed.
The Swan Inn is located in Coney Weston a village to the north east of market town Bury St Edmunds.
The property was first listed for £370k by estate agent Everard Cole in 2022 and is still up for sale two years later at a reduced price of offers in the region of £350k.
There are three principal trade areas inside the pub including a traditional main bar, a games room and restaurant area, and a commercial trade kitchen.
The pub also has prep areas and a ground floor cellar.

The main bar has space for 30 covers with room for an additional 22 covers in the dining area which has access to a side patio.
The games room has pool table and a log burner for colder months.
On the first floor of the property are three large double bedrooms, lounge and bathroom which were all redecorated before the property was listed.
Outside there is dedicated parking for the pub as well as a large paddock to the rear which could be used for events, rallies and festivals.
