Police have renewed an appeal following an attack outside a town centre pub which saw a man suffer a broken nose.
A man in his 20s was grabbed by the throat, as well as being punched and kicked outside of The White Horse pub in North Street in Sudbury on Saturday, February 3.
Following an initial appeal, a 24-year-old man was arrested on May 9 on suspicion of intentional strangulation. He has been released on bail until August 1.
Suffolk police is continuing their appeal to identify a second man in connection with the incident and have released two CCTV images.
Anyone who witnessed the assault, which took place between 10.10pm and 10.20pm on February 3, is asked to contact Suffolk police quoting crime reference 37/6492/24.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said a third man who was later seen joining the duo on CCTV is not believed to be involved in the assault.
