A celebrated British athlete is coming to Suffolk to give an intimate talk regarding his sports career and personal life.
Iwan Thomas, former European, Commonwealth and World Champion, will be speaking at The Riverside, Woodbridge this coming July 8 at 7.30pm.
Mr Thomas is deemed one of the finest 400m runners Britain has ever produced.
He is now a renowned TV and radio presenter.

Mr Thomas will engage the audience on the highs and lows of his career, and his autobiography, 'Brutal', will be released during the event.
Mr Thomas had a successful stint in running between 1996 and 1998, where his record 44.36s in 400m was unbroken for approximately 25 years.
He retired in 2012 due to recurring injuries.

Besides his sports career, Mr Thomas will touch on his personal life, which includes overcoming period of anxiety and depression.
Tickets are available at £20, inclusive of a signed copy of 'Brutal'. Additional tickets can be purchased for £12 without the book.
