A 45-year-old Sudbury man has denied strangling his partner during an argument.
Leon Sudeene, of Suffolk Square in the Suffolk town, appeared at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in Ipswich on Friday.
Sudeene stood before magistrates at the court accused of a single charge of intentional strangulation, which he denies.
He is accused of committing the offence on June 11 this year.
His case was committed to Ipswich Crown Court for July 12.
