An RAF golf team will undertake a 72-hole challenge marking D-Day's 80th anniversary.
On June 6, the RAF Honington golf team will complete three golf courses: Diss, Thetford, and Flempton, within an estimated 16 hours to cover 20 miles, from 7am to sundown.
The challenge is aimed at raising funds and boosting awareness for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
Squadron leader Joe Birch, the team captain, said: “I created this event as a challenge to raise funds and awareness and show our thanks to the Fund for the continuous support of the RAF Family."

The RAF Benevolent Fund is known for offering varied assistance to current and retired RAF staff and their families.
To gear up for this event, the team held several training sessions on the range.
Mr Birch said: “We are most looking forward to the team buzz; that moment before you begin when everyone is gearing up to get started, when it’s just breaking first light and everywhere is slowly waking up – you are good to go."
