A campsite in Suffolk has been named among the best in the UK after getting the second-highest satisfaction rating in the whole country.
Brick Kiln Campsite, near Woodbridge, was named the second-best campsite in the country by Pitchup.com, a campsite bookings website.
Brick Kiln had an average rating of 10 out of 10 but narrowly missed first place to Strattons Farm Campsit, Norfolk, due to having fewer reviews.

This comes after two Suffolk campsites were named among the best in the East of England last year and four were named among the best in East Anglia.
Recent data also shows that Suffolk is now home to seven of the region’s top-rated outdoor accommodation spots.
Pitchup’s founder and MD Dan Yates says: “It’s high time that other parts of the UK are rightfully acknowledged as excellent domestic travel destinations. From spectacular scenery to local food, drink and traditions, there are good reasons to explore every corner of the UK.”
