A new bubble tea and pizza business is set to open in premises that used to be occupied by a Suffolk seafront bar, which closed due to falling trade and 'too many fights'.
Bubble Tea & Pizza will be taking over the former Skye Lounge unit opposite Felixstowe Leisure Centre in Undercliff Road West.
The bar closed in February after being at the centre of complaints from residents about noise and late night violence.

Skye Lounge had applied retrospectively to East Suffolk Council for permission to change the use of the premises from a restaurant to a sports bar with restaurant, although the plans were refused due to concerns about the impact of noise on nearby residents.
At the time, the bar's owner Stuart McConnachie explained the reasons why the bar was closing down.
He said: "There were several factors really, but lack of trade and too many fights in the last couple of years were the main ones."

A poster on a Felixstowe Facebook page announced that the business would be opening, but did not give a definite date.
He said: "We would like to announce our new business opening soon, Bubble Tea & Pizza. Located opposite Felixstowe Leisure Centre and Felixstowe Pier."
