A part of a major road through a Suffolk town remains flooded seven months on from Storm Babet.
One lane of the A1120 in Stowmarket has been closed since the torrential downpours which caused widespread flooding across the county in October.
A spokesman for Suffolk Highways said the drainage system that runs alongside the road has been inspected and, however, due to the complexity of the repairs required, they need to carry out further investigations.
The spokesman added: "Once we have a date for the works to be completed we will update you via social and news media. We apologise for any disruption caused."
Storm Babet swept across the county in October and caused severe flooding across Suffolk.
A major incident was declared by Suffolk County Council as a number of roads and homes throughout the county became submerged under water.
