A 14-year-old boy has been arrested following a huge fire in Sudbury.
Emergency services were called to the blaze at the former Delphi site in Newton Road at about 5.10pm on Tuesday.
Fire crews from all over the county attended to tackle the blaze.
A spokesman for Suffolk police confirmed on Wednesday that a teenage boy on suspicion of arson.
The spokesman said a teenage boy was arrested following reports of suspected criminal damage to a former industrial unit.
He was taken to Martlesham police station for questioning.
He has since been bailed to return to police on July 6.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has launched an investigation into the fire this morning.
The fire started in the derelict factory, which is approximately 100mx100m, and a spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service confirmed on Wednesday that about 50% of the building was involved in the blaze.
Thick black smoke could be seen across Sudbury as firefighters worked to get the blaze under control.
A police cordon was put in place while emergency services attended the blaze, but it was lifted a short while later.
