A new food truck serving melted cheese over meat and potatoes has launched on the Suffolk food scene.
Dominic Carter has been running his own catering company, Dominic Carter Bespoke Event Catering, for just over a year and and half but has branched out to launch a new food truck.
Inspired by a viral food stall at Borough Market in London, The Raclette Truck started serving the popular melted cheese dish at pubs and community centres near to it's base in Sudbury including Old School, Great Cornard.
"I have always wanted to have a food truck," said Mr Carter.
"I knew raclette would work well as a concept and there is not much else like it in Suffolk at the moment."

Raclette is a Swiss dish where cheese is heated until it melts before it is scraped and served over boiled potatoes, deli meats and pickles.
Mr Carter set up The Raclette Truck as a cheese lover and as a way to get more people to try the Alpine dish.
"The business has just taken off since it launched," said Mr Carter.
"I have had to turn down events because there is only one of me. The food truck is run entirely by me and my partner so we cannot always be everywhere."

In summer Mr Carter plans on serving the cheese dish at a number of food and drink festivals including Sudbury Street Food Festival and SMiLE at AFC Sudbury.
In the future, it is hoped The Raclette Truck will be able to attend bigger festivals and expand to have more food trucks operating across the rest of Suffolk and East Anglia.
Mr Carter said: "So many people are already coming to us that I think the colder months will really boom as well especially when it gets to Christmas and New Year."
