A discount store has threatened to ban customers plaguing the store with anti-social behaviour for life.
QD, in East Street in Sudbury, has revealed its staff have been targeted by abuse by a group of teenagers in recent weeks.
The group is also alleged to have damaged stock, QD said.
A spokesman has issued the warning threatening to ban customers as it called for people to respect the retailer's staff.
The spokesman said in a statement: "We have started to see a small rise in anti-social behaviour within the store from groups of teenagers.
"It includes abusive/threatening behaviour towards staff and damaging stock. We would like to remind everyone that the store is covered throughout with CCTV and all incidents are reported to the police.
"Staff should feel safe when they are at work and customers should feel safe when they are shopping.
"The store will not hesitate to issue banning letters for life where behaviour is unacceptable."
