The venue has now released images of its new treatment facilities and says guests are able to make use of the spa’s six luxurious new treatment rooms this week.
This part of a wider project which includes a newly reconfigured reception area, coffee bar, Serail Mud Chamber and new gym costing around £500,000.
This work was brought forward after a fire last summer that destroyed the pool area.
Overall, over £700,000 will be spent on the new facility upgrades and repairs to the pool.
Owner Dave Courteen said: “We are delighted to welcome guests to the newly revamped areas of the spa, with the modern, high-spec refurbishment bringing our treatment rooms more in line with the extensive upgrades that we have already made at Riverhills."
He added: “The addition of our luxurious guest lounge also gives guests another space to relax and unwind and meet their therapist before heading in for their treatment, which adds another level of relaxation to the whole Riverhills experience.
"We’re excited for guests to be able to make use of our soon-to-be installed Halotherapy facility allowing us to offer even more indulgent treatments as part of our growing treatment menu.
"We hope to open this in the run up to the summer so watch this space."
