A pet shop not far away from a town centre has failed to sell at auction.
The long-serving All Pets shop in Lowestoft failed to sell at an online property auction.
The mixed use property on Bevan Street East - which "has been a pet shop for many years" - went under the hammer earlier this month.
But the shop - not far away from Lowestoft town centre - failed to sell once more, having gone unsold at a previous online property auction in November, and been "postponed prior" to another auction in February.
The pet shop at 116 Bevan Street East was due to be sold at Auction House East Anglia's online auction on May 1 with a minimum guide price of £70,000 to £90,000 plus fees.
The property description from the auctioneers said: "A freehold shop with deceptively large accommodation located in a prime retail area, with rear access to private enclosed parking.
"The ground floor shop has over 1500sq ft of space including rear garaging and parking.
"There is a dry basement and numerous storage areas.
"The shop has been a pet shop for many years but is to be sold with vacant possession.
"This high footfall location could be used for a variety of alternative uses or developments (subject to planning).
"The property is being sold freehold subject to the sale of the first floor flat which has been sold on a long lease with a ground rent income of £150 pa."
According to the auctioneers, the ground floor features a "main shop and retail areas, storage rooms, kitchen/staff area, w.c" with the first floor flat "sold on a 999 year lease subject to a ground rent income of £150 pa (not inspected)."
But after the properties went under the hammer, the auctioneers said that 116 Bevan Street East in Lowestoft was "unsold" at the auction.
