The reopening date for an east Suffolk town's Post Office has been announced.
Framlingham Post Office, which has been closed since Storm Babet last October, is expected to reopen next week.
Postmaster Roger Tripp has been operating a temporary Post Office in Bridge Street in the town since November.
The temporary branch will close at 12pm on Saturday and the Post Office in Riverside will reopen on at 9am on Monday, May 13.
The opening hours will be 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and 8.15am to 12pm on Saturdays.
Wendy Hamilton, Post Office network provision lead, said: “We know how important a Post Office is to a community.
"We worked with Postmaster Roger Tripp and the Framlingham community to rapidly find the best location for a temporary Post Office.
"This allowed us to restore vital Post Office services in Framlingham, whilst all the repairs and clean up take place at the Riverside shop.
“The community really rallied round. A big thank you to Bulstrodes department store for providing space for two Post Office counters for the past six months.
“Roger has been working hard to re-open the Post Office at its normal premises and to get replacement stock for the retail side.”
