A community hub is offering free support services - including a food bank, library, and various group activities.
BME Suffolk Community Hub, located near the Old Cattle Market bus station in Ipswich, is providing free support services for all ages within the Ipswich community.
Their services range from a food bank operating Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9.30am to 3pm, to a library boasting diverse books open weekdays from 9am to 3pm.
Additionally, the hub hosts a baby and toddler group every other Monday from 11am to 12.30pm, a youth forum every other Thursday from 5pm to 6.30pm, and a friendship friday for elders every other Friday from 11am to 1pm.

Every Thursday, there's a mental health peer group from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
A monthly gathering also takes place on one Saturday each month.
Furthermore, amidst these services, the hub’s community café and drop-in sessions are accessible weekdays from 9am to 3pm.
The events will be held at Unit 5, Coachman's Court, Ipswich.
