The best time of year to visit to Suffolk has been revealed in a list of 'perfect' UK holidays for every month.
The Telegraph picked 12 of the best destinations across the country to visit across stating analysis by Adido Digital found searches for staycations are higher than those for holidays abroad.
Suffolk was chosen as the best place to visit in May to coincide with National Walking Month.
The Telegraph said: "The flowers are out in colourful bloom, the nightjars are chirring, days are long and pleasant, and the county's Walking Festival takes place."

"This event is one of the UK's most extensive hike-fests, and the 2024 programme included dawn chorus strolls, walks and riverboat trips, as well as haiku-writing hikes and ambles on Orford Ness."
Suffolk is home to walking trails that have gained national recognition.
At the start of the year, the Flatford and Constable Trail was named among the best walks in the UK.
On the seven-mile walk you can explore the picturesque Stour Valley and Dedham Vale made famous in paintings by John Constable.
