Drivers are being warned of delays while a 48-tonne excavator is transported across Suffolk today.
Suffolk police is advising drivers to be aware of the 23.5 metre long abnormal load that will be travelling along the A14 and A12 on Tuesday.
The 3.3 metre wide load is coming from Birmingham to Sizewell C, near Leiston, and is expected to be in Suffolk at about 12pm on Tuesday.
Officers will start their escort on the Cambridgeshire border on the A14.
The route is as follows: A14 Cambridgeshire border - A12 - B1122 - Lover's Lane - local roads to Sizewell C.
Earlier this month, a 100-tonne transformer was escorted from Sizewell A power station.
