It is the second Telegraph list the business has featured in this year – in January it was named among the best family hotels.
Speaking about Tuddenham Mill, the Telegraph's hotel expert Fiona Duncan said: "Swans drift past the weeping willows and reedbeds that edge the stream and peaceful water meadows of this mill house, with its 18th-century whitewashed clapboard façade.
"On warmer spring days, the Tipi on the Stream is a stylish al fresco alternative to the cosier upstairs restaurant.
"Take a springtime stroll along the ancient Icknield Way Path that winds through the village or in Thetford Forest nearby."
