A new tearoom specialising in dog treats alongside more traditional products for their human owners will be opening on a Suffolk seafront later this week.
Seadogs, run by Ipswich man Simon Boast, is set to open on Felixstowe seafront on Wednesday (March 20) and aims to be welcoming to dogs with a specially-designed menu for canine customers.
The name of the business in Undercliff Road West reflects its location and its aim to welcome dogs, while the premises has been painted blue to represent the sea.

Mr Boast's mother Debbie said both her son and herself loved dogs as they both owned cocker spaniels, while her son also had a huskador.
She said: "It is going to be a tearoom and it is going to be welcoming to dogs. We have got dogs ourselves so having somewhere you can come and bring dogs is wonderful."
As well as the dog menu, the tearoom will also sell teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cold drinks, light lunches, soups, cakes, pastries and afternoon teas.
Store started in @Inc Felixstowe and now in Hamilton Road

The premises will have six tables inside and the same number outside and is set to open from Wednesday to Sunday from 9am until 4pm, although during the holiday season Mr Boast plans to open seven days a week.
